Morgan Maxine Switzer is a lifelong resident of Charleston, West Virginia, and a dedicated attorney committed to serving the community she calls home. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, with a minor in Dance, from Marshall University, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law.

Morgan brings a broad range of legal experience to her practice, including family law, criminal defense, child advocacy, contract disputes, and more. Her well-rounded background allows her to provide thoughtful, effective support tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Outside of the courtroom, Morgan is the proud mother of her young son, Max, and a devoted caretaker to two rescue dogs, one abandoned cat, and a bearded dragon named Bruce.
